Anyone can enter, and we are looking for short answers, not long essays. The winner will get £500 and will be invited to Development Securities offices to see how they keep their investors interested in property. The deadline is midnight on 12 December 2013.
This is a great opportunity for students to think about what makes construction projects happen, and to put their ideas for stimulating investment to one of the UK's leading developers.
