Andrei Vlas + Horea Racasan proposed this design of Contemporary Art Center in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
The contemporary Art Center represents their 4th year of study project, the design theme was a cultural center with a Boutique Hotel, student housing, library,restaurants, cafes and a contemporary art museum. The site is located in the historical center of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, next to the river Somes. The old building had been a synagogue many years ago, and had to be kept.
